Andrew, Director of Inclusive Theatre at Replay Theatre Company, is a leading inclusive theatre-maker and inclusive arts consultant specialising in immersive theatrical experiences for young disabled and/or neurodivergent audiences. With professional experience at the forefront of international inclusive arts practice, Andrew has pioneered first-of-its-kind artistic methodologies and ground-breaking productions, while imprinting a lasting influence on the international sector through delivery of high-quality creative consultation, and training.

 In recent years, Andrew has been commissioned as consultant, mentor, and facilitator by professional arts organisations across multiple countries, including the UK, Norway, Sweden, Malta, and Latvia.

 Andrew is currently directing a major co-production between Replay Theatre Company, Estrad Norr, and Folkteatern Gävleborg. This project for complex needs audiences, entitled Rotviska, will tour across Sweden in 2026, with an Irish tour planned for 2027.
