Eibhlı́n is Director of Young at Art and the Belfast Children’s Festival. Young at Art is Northern Ireland’s leading arts provider for children, young people and their families, creating and curating exceptional arts experiences for children and young people. As well as its annual international Belfast Children’s Festival, which runs for 10 days each March attracting over 30,000 visitors to the city, Young at Art also has a year-round education and engagement programme, and provides professional development for artists, practitioners, and educationalists. Eibhlı́n and has worked in cultural leadership, live event programming, stage and event management for over 30 years, working with a wide range of companies including Abbey Theatre, Lyric Theatre, Maiden Voyage Dance, Dumbworld, Belfast International Arts Festival, Replay Theatre Company, RANSOM Productions, and NI Opera. She is a passionate advocate for children and young people’s cultural rights, as well as being Co-Chair of the Belfast Festivals Forum and former Board Member of Assitej UK, the UK’s national centre of Assitej International who unites theatres, organisations and individuals throughout the world who make performance work for children and young people.

Eibhlín has an MSc in Cultural Management (Ulster University), a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Studies (University of London), and trained as a Stage Manager at RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London).
