MY HEART SPEAKS: Live, Scream, Breathe “My Heart Speaks: Live, Scream, Breathe” is a play about children who have lost trust in adults. The first act brings to life the story of Antigone, who was unafraid to defy the law set by the king, and the second one tells about thirteen-year-old Artemis, who was labeled as “the worst girl in the world.” The first and second act can be viewed together or separately.
Act 1: My heart speaks Antigone knows she is right. She also knows that defying the law set by Creon comes with severe punishment. However, she wishes to follow the voice of her heart – regardless of the consequences. Written and directed by: Farnaz Arbabi, based on Sophocles’ tragedy Antigone.
The show is in Swedish with Polish translation.
