MY HEART SPEAKS: Live, Scream, Breathe “My Heart Speaks: Live, Scream, Breathe” is a play about children who have lost trust in adults. The first act brings to life the story of Antigone, who was unafraid to defy the law set by the king, and the second one tells about thirteen-year-old Artemis, who was labeled as “the worst girl in the world.” The first and second act can be viewed together or separately.
Act 2: Live, Scream, Breathe Thirteen-year-old Artemis is considered by adults to be the worst girl in the world. Does she think the same about herself? The story of Artemis is a multi-voiced narrative about rebellion and an individual’s defiance against a world that, in various ways, seeks to limit her basic rights.
Written by: Erik Uddenberg, directed by: Gustav Deinoff, based on the true story of a girl forced into isolation.
The show is in Swedish with Polish translation.
